Professions North/Nord (PNN) works in partnership with SkillsInternational.ca, a web service that features a matching database with thousands of pre-screened internationally trained professionals who are located all across Canada.  Employers can post jobs or browse through the list of candidates, all of whom have worked with a qualified employment advisor and are ready to work in Canada.
